About the role as Scrum Master
GridUnity is looking for a Scrum Master who’ll be focused on ensuring each Engineering team is equipped with the processes and tools necessary to succeed in a sophisticated and ever expanding SaaS product environment. You will be an integral, and highly visible, member of the Engineering group that will facilitate the steady operation of teams through common Scrum ceremonies, help educate others, both within Engineering and throughout the company, on their role within the Agile framework, and drive the continuous evolution of our Agile practices here at GridUnity. You will also facilitate the coordination of cross-functional teams with regards to competing priorities and dependencies, while insulating the team from distractions by removing impediments, getting answers to open questions, and working with key stakeholders to clarify requirements and communicate progress and delivery timelines.
