About the role as Sr Engineering Technical Manager
We are seeking a Sr Engineering Technical Manager who is highly technical and is able to guide and manage up to three highly skilled software engineering teams. This role will play a critical role in our next phase of innovation as we scale up. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will participate in planning and coordinating scrum team activities while supervising teams of engineers. You will be responsible and work closely with client-facing project managers to deliver projects on time and high quality. You will be a coach and mentor, including creation of training plans and helping your team members advance in their careers.
